Just a week after announcing she was so done with Twitter, Demi Lovato is back to tweeting.

Hmm, might it have something to do with all those return-to-rehab rumors that ran rampant immediately following her self-imposed exile from the social media site?

But while Lovato has returned to Twitter, the former Sonny With a Chance star, who last year dealt with several personal issues, including an eating disorder, is a bit more hesitant when it comes to doing the same with TV.

Seal and Heidi Klum's divorce is all over the Internet now. A lot of information are coming out on how their once perfect marriage wasn't so perfect after all. The latest gossip about why Seal, who's real name is Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel, and Heidi are getting a divorce comes from the National Enquire.

The tabloid claims that the supermodel turned TV host was so terrified of her husband's monstrous jealousy that she stopped sleeping with him. And why would she or anyone want to continue sleeping with a belligerent jealous person. No woman or man should have to put up with envy from their own spouse.

A source told the tabloid, "The split had actually been coming for years and poor Heidi was the one who had to hold the marriage together. The bottom line is that Seal is incredibly jealous of his wife's success. His career has been off the radar for years while Heidi's star continues to skyrocket."

Kim Kris Divorce...

According to the documents, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court , Kim listed their date of separation as just today—Oct. 31, 2011—with their date of marriage, of course, as Aug. 20, 2011.

As for the division of their assets, the couple did indeed have a prenuptial agreement, and the 31-year-old reality star requested that the terms of that agreement be upheld. Additionally, she listed "miscellaneous jewelry and other personal effects" as well as "earrings and accumulations" amassed by Kim before, during and after her marriage be confirmed as separate property. No word on whether that includes her $2 million, 20.5 carat ring.

As for attorney and legal fees, Kim made clear that she would prefer his 'n hers payments, requesting that each party pay their own court fees.

Just when things were starting to look up for Lindsay Lohan, a bit of possibly bad news comes to fruition.

The Mean Girls starlet is finally in the good graces of Judge Stephanie Sautner following her progress hearing today, but that doesn't necessarily mean she'll be able to jet off to Canada in the spring if she nabs the coveted role of ELIZABETH TAYLOR in the upcoming Life Time Biopic

So what gives? 

Blame it on those pesky past legal indiscretions.

As it turns out, even if Lohan completes all of her court-ordered requirements by March to avoid jail time here in the states, she would still technically be on probation, which could prevent her from entering the country to film.

Turns out, this whole Beyoncé and Jay-Z hospital security furor was nothing more than a tempest in a swaddling cloth.

At least, that's according to state health officials, who investigated and dismissed all—and by all, we mean all two—of the complaints they received, ostensibly from put-out new parents, in the wake of Blue Ivy Carter's birth over the weekend.
